Sometimes you don’t have enough space in your hard disk for saving all files you need to use, photos, music, videos, documents, it’s a lot. Fortunately we have Hotmail, if you have a Hotmail account you’ll never space problems again, you can just save all your stuff online “On the cloud” looks pretty cool uh? Just follow this tutorial.
Saving files in Hotmail
First of all, go to Hotmail and log in, once you’re in your inbox you have two options save drafts with your files or using OneDrive service. We’ll explain both options so you can choose okay?
If you want save drafts with your files, just tap at the “New button” and start writing a regular email, attach the files you need to save and save the email as a draft. Easy, then you can go to your Draft folder and you will find all your files ready to download, if you prefer you can send the files to yourself, it’ll save in two folders, sent and received. This is useful when you need a file in different places and you don’t want carry a USB flash drive with you.
But if what you want is save your whole photos or music online, you may want to use OneDrive, OneDrive is an online storage for you, with your Hotmail account you get 15 GB for saving files, FREE (If you want more space, you need pay a little extra) you can save all you want and have access to it from any computer and your personal file. In your inbox main page press the little squares icon (Top left) and click OneDrive, immediately you’re ready to start uploading your files, you can also create a folder in your home pc that will automatically update the files you save there, then active the Phone option and you’ll be able to access your stuff from all devices you use, so now, start uploading!
